Mahenti Group was established in 1978 by the late Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Mahenti — a family-led real estate foundation rooted in trust, integrity, and long-term relationships. What began in Karachi, Pakistan has grown over decades into a respected multi-generational business presence.
Under the leadership of Mr. Muhammad Ali Mahenti (CEO, joined 1995), the group expanded to Dubai in 2010 as a licensed real estate broker. Mr. Khizar Mahenti joined in 2018 and Mr. Areeb Mahenti in 2020, bringing a modern outlook while preserving the founding principles.
In 2022, Mahenti Group expanded into hospitality by launching Mahenti Vacation Home Rental LLC in Dubai — strengthening its presence across brokerage, property management, and short-term rental.
