Yes. Dubai has designated freehold zones where any nationality can own property outright with full title deed. Most popular areas — Downtown, Marina, Palm, Business Bay, JVC — are freehold. Our team confirms freehold status on every property we show you.

Budget an additional 7–8% on top of the purchase price: 4% DLD transfer fee, 2% agency fee (+5% VAT), ~0.25% DLD registration, and trustee fees (~AED 5,000). For mortgaged properties, add bank arrangement fees of 0.5–1%.

Most UAE banks lend up to 80% LTV for residents (75% for non-residents) on properties up to AED 5M. Our in-house mortgage desk will get you pre-approved before you start viewing — so you know your exact budget and can move quickly on the right property.

The Memorandum of Understanding is the binding sale agreement signed by buyer and seller, typically with a 10% deposit. After MOU, we arrange NOC from the developer, coordinate mortgage drawdown if applicable, and proceed to DLD transfer — usually within 30–60 days.
